Fellowship in this category is granted to doctors that have demonstrated excellence and committment to patient care regardless of the practice setting. A doctor that has advocated for the patient in all aspects of care, and who know and employ medical process and best practices in giving individual attention to everyone in their care. Excellence embodies exemplary medical care in the experience between patients and doctors.

Excellence in Teaching - Medical Education

To recognize excellence in teaching by educators that have advanced the standards of medical education, training and practice.

Fellowship in this category is granted to doctor educators who have made notable contributions to the profession. Educators in teaching will have a lasting impact on students and classes, be widely recognized and respected, and provide inspiration to doctors in the classroom for the profession.

OBJECT TREE

Excellence in Scientific Research - Medical Research

To advance the scientific research of medical to enable future discoveries which will enable better understanding and medical practices.

Fellowship in this category is granted to doctors, doctor educators and doctor researchers who have made notable contributions through their work in scientific research, literature or writing, and should have a lasting impact, be widely recognized, and provide inspiration to others in the field and the profession. Research areas may include medical standards, curriculum, management or specialty areas.

OBJECT FOUR

Excellence in Public Service, Government, Industry or Organization - Medical Leadership

To recognize medical leadership in the community.

Fellowship in this category is granted to doctors who have made notable contributions in public service, government, education or industry. Leadership may include policy setting, regulatory compliance, areas of fiscal responsibliities, overall quality of patient care delivery, patient and staff satisfaction, administration, organizational outcomes and more.
